About the estate
The Istvándy Pincészet estate cultivates three hectares of vineyards in the Hungarian wine region of Badacsony. The winery focuses on the Kéknyelű grape variety, which, according to the estate, grows exclusively in the vineyards of the Badacsony wine region. The family has been committed to this variety for more than twenty years and introduced the world's first Kéknyelű sparkling wine to the public in 2012. In addition to winemaking, the family's activities also encompass gastronomy and proprietary Mangalica products.
The eno directory lists 7 wines, mostly from Rajnai Rizling and Szürkebarát.
