About the estate
The Hundred Hills estate manages a seventeen-hectare vineyard situated on the steep, chalky slopes of the Stonor Valley in the Chiltern Hills of Oxfordshire. The winery produces exclusively vintage sparkling wines from carefully selected grapes that spend at least one hundred days on the vine. Winemaking is conducted on-site in a minimalist style to preserve the distinct character of the terroir. The wines are supplied to numerous Michelin-starred restaurants as well as prestigious hotels and clubs across the United Kingdom.
