Le domaine Hundred Hills exploite un vignoble de dix-sept hectares situé sur les pentes escarpées et crayeuses de la Stonor Valley dans les Chiltern Hills, dans l'Oxfordshire. La cave produit exclusivement des vins effervescents millésimés à partir de raisins soigneusement sélectionnés qui passent au moins cent jours sur pied. La vinification est réalisée sur place dans un style minimaliste afin de préserver le caractère distinctif du terroir. Les vins sont fournis à de nombreux restaurants étoilés au guide Michelin ainsi qu'à des hôtels et clubs prestigieux à travers le Royaume-Uni.
