About the estate

The Hofer Hannes winery located in Gumpoldskirchen in the Thermenregion is a certified organic estate. Following a transition phase that ended with the 2020 harvest, the organic cultivation in the vineyards has been officially certified since January 2022. The traditional family business manages its areas according to these ecological principles. In addition to winemaking, the producers also run a traditional wine tavern and a guesthouse. The wines are available directly at the estate and through an online shop.

The eno directory lists 23 wines, mostly from Riesling and Rotgipfler. The estate sells to retail.
