About the estate
The Helmut Lang estate has been cultivating around 18 hectares of vineyards for three generations in Illmitz within the Lake Neusiedl wine-growing region. The microclimate of the Seewinkel area, characterized by high humidity and late autumn fogs, creates ideal conditions for producing premium quality Prädikat wines. The vines thrive on chernozem soils as well as nutrient-rich sandy soils near Lake Neusiedl. All wines undergo spontaneous fermentation to authentically reflect the character of the Pannonian climate and the terroir. The estate exports its wines to international markets including Sweden, France, and England.
Export markets include France and United Kingdom.
