About the estate

Located in South Styria, the family-owned Hack-Gebell estate looks back on a long history and has been managed by the family since 1920. The 15 hectares of vineyards are distributed across the scenic region and are tended with great care, predominantly through manual labor. Historical buildings, including a wine-grower's house dating back around 360 years and an old vaulted stone cellar, shape the character of the property. Philipp Hack is responsible for vinification, while the estate is run through close family collaboration. In addition to winemaking, the family also offers guest rooms and a traditional tavern.
