The Weingut Gmeiner GnbR estate in Purbach am Neusiedler See is a winery founded in 1987 in the Leithaberg region of Austria. The vineyards benefit from sunny slopes, Lake Neusiedl with a water and reed area of 300 km2, an average of 2,000 hours of sunshine, and precipitation ranging from 350 to 650 mm. Production methods include selective harvesting, slow fermentation, computer-controlled systems, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and maturation in large wooden casks and oak barriques.
