About the estate
The Girolamo Conforti winery was established in Erbusco in 2014 as an agricultural cooperative with the aim of ensuring fair remuneration for the grapes of its member vine-growers. Today, eleven members jointly cultivate about 30 hectares of vineyards located across nine municipalities in Lombardy. The production focuses on sparkling wines of the Franciacorta DOCG denomination, including Brut, Satén, Millesimato, Rosé, and Riserva. The name of the estate honors the physician Girolamo Conforti, who authored the historical enological text Libellus de vino mordaci in 1570.
The eno directory lists 5 wines, mostly from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
