The Ginz winery is located in the historic center of Mainz-Ebersheim within the Rheinhessen wine region. Operated as a family business since 1856, the estate currently cultivates more than 7 hectares of vineyards. The grape variety portfolio includes Riesling, Silvaner, Chardonnay, and various Pinot varieties, among others. Vineyard management focuses on working in harmony with nature by combining years of experience with modern technology. The estate is managed by Erwin and Nicole Ginz.
