About the estate

The Oberer Germuth family winery is located in South Styria in Leutschach an der Weinstraße and is jointly run by three generations. In the cellar, young winemaker Stefan has already taken over command following training in Silberberg and Krems as well as international experience. The wine portfolio is divided into the categories Speer, Speerspitze and Goldspeer, perfectly integrated into the origin-based DAC classification. The wines range from fresh and fruity to site-typical and terroir-driven styles. In addition to winemaking, the family business runs a traditional wine tavern and guest rooms.
