The Georgian Sparkling enterprise based in Tbilisi pursues the objective of creating foremost sparkling wines in Georgia. Through the inception of the Mtsvane Estate project, the winery produces pet nats that are unfiltered and stored on the lees until sale. The production approach focuses on realizing a distinct vision independently of market trends and includes offerings such as pet nats and chacha. Quantities range from small initial circulations to growing production volumes. The wines are exported to markets including the USA, Germany, and Ukraine.
