About the estate

The Galia Zdeněk estate in Šardice builds on a family tradition initiated by the grandfathers of the Gali couple. Since 1983, the small family-run business has cultivated its own vineyards covering nearly three hectares in the Morava region. The annual production amounts to around 5,000 bottles of white, red and rosé wines. The approach combines traditional cultivation following the example of their ancestors with modern technologies and innovations brought by the younger generation. In addition to winemaking, the winery specialises in wine events, tastings and participation in open cellar initiatives.
