About the estate
The Fragas do Lecer estate was founded in 2005 by the Boo Rivero family within the Monterrei region. It comprises twenty hectares of vineyards distributed across parcels with granitic, sandy, and slate soils. The focus centers on indigenous grape varieties such as Godello and Mencía, whose old vines are harvested entirely by hand. Modern cellar facilities combine traditional cultivation methods with contemporary technology. All wines are produced under the Monterrei Denominación de Origen.
