The Famille Mabileau - Chateau Moulin Bellegrave estate has its foundations in Laurent Mabileau, who has been a winemaker since 1985. In 2012, his son Antoine Mabileau took over the property in Vignonet within the Saint-Émilion jurisdiction, which had been producing wine for several generations. The vineyards of Château Moulin Bellegrave are located on the highest point of Vignonet on a gravel ridge near the Dordogne river. The estate also includes Château Vieux Lavergne, featuring soils composed of silt and sand. Management practices respect the natural balance to produce wines with distinct regional character.
