The Enate estate, located in Salas Bajas, began its journey in 1991 with the ambition of producing top-quality wines within the Somontano DO. The winery follows a low-interventionist enology approach, combining ancestral practices with cutting-edge techniques to showcase the maximum expression of each grape variety and the terroir. The portfolio encompasses a wide range of styles, always prioritizing balance and elegance. Furthermore, every stage of production is subjected to rigorous controls, backed by quality certifications.
