About the estate
Established in 1997, the family-run estate Eders Edelfüllung operates a fruit processing facility in the municipality of Nußdorf am Haunsberg. Situated in the Oichtental region, which is characterized by a relatively harsh climate and ample precipitation, the business cultivates organic fruit on approximately 200 fruit trees and 75 berry bushes. The product range encompasses around 40 different types of spirits, liqueurs, cider, whisky, syrups, and vinegars, including creations under the Maunzteufel brand. In addition to its own fruit cultivation, the estate processes hand-picked fruits from regional partners to ensure controlled quality. Alongside online distribution, the products are also available directly at the farm.
