Don Sancho de Londoño

About the estate

The Don Sancho de Londoño estate cultivates 40 hectares of vineyards in Rioja Alta, spread across municipalities such as Hormilla and Arenzana. Founded in 2004, the family-run enterprise is dedicated to growing traditional grape varieties including Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Viura. The sustainably managed parcels are partly situated at high altitudes, which promotes a slow ripening of the grapes. For wine production and aging, the winery features a small cellar equipped with stainless steel vats as well as French and American oak barrels. Alongside its commitment to quality, the estate also utilizes a photovoltaic system for renewable energy.
