About the estate
The Domane Barge winery, located in Ampuis, looks back on a long family tradition in which winemaking knowledge was passed down through generations. The winemaker initially followed the path of his father and grandfather before fundamentally questioning his working methods. Today, the estate focuses on nature-oriented agriculture in the vineyards, aiming for partnerships with plants and animals rather than constant conflict with nature. Through this approach, the winery combines the region's centuries-old history with methods designed to preserve the natural balance.
