About the estate
The Domaines Bonfils winery looks back on 150 years of history in the Languedoc and manages a vineyard area of 369.3 hectares. Over time, the Bonfils family has selected the most promising terroirs featuring diverse soil types such as clay, limestone, schist, and gravel. The portfolio includes wines from the appellations AOC Corbières, AOC Côtes du Roussillon, AOC La Clape, AOC Languedoc, AOC Minervois, and IGP Pays d'Oc. The vineyards and châteaux reflect the region's diversity, combining respect for nature with authentic winemaking. Through careful parceling and a focus on hillside locations, the estate produces wines with a distinct sense of place.
