About the estate
The Domaine Thomas-Labaille estate was founded in the early 1950s by Claude Thomas with a few hectares in the village of Chavignol. Located in Sancerre, the winery farms its vineyards using sustainable methods and works the soils mechanically to protect the environment. The Sauvignon and Pinot Noir grapes are harvested under optimal conditions to ensure quality and authenticity. During vinification, each terroir is processed separately, giving rise to distinct cuvées within the Sancerre appellation.
