About the estate
The Domaine St-Amour estate is managed by the Fischer family, who moved to Chenaux in 2017. Qualified winemakers Alexandre and Valérie took over the domain in January 2024. Gilbert previously worked as an oenologist responsible for the Lavaux and La Côte regions as well as the estate. Cathy is responsible for administration, marketing, and wine sales. The wines fall under the AOC Vaud denomination.
