About the estate
The Domaine Pichard estate is located in the foothills of the Pyrenees in south-west France at the crossroads of the Bigorre, Béarn and Gers regions. The vineyard spans 23 hectares of steep, southward-facing hillside plots completely surrounded by oak woodlands. The soil consists of fine clays mixed with large stone pebbles and quartz gravels, ensuring optimal drainage. The entire estate is farmed organically and officially received French and European organic certification in 2015. The winery produces powerful wines within the Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic Bilh appellations.
The eno directory lists 11 wines, mostly from Tannat and Cabernet Franc.
