About the estate
The Domaine Mas Saint Louis estate is located in Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the Rhône Valley and traces its history back to 1909, when Jean-Louis Geniest acquired the Maison Vigneronne. Today, the family-run estate encompasses a contiguous vineyard area of over 30 hectares within the AOC Côtes du Rhône and Châteauneuf-du-Pape DOCG denominations. The estate is currently in conversion to organic farming and holds the HVE certification. Vinification features manual harvesting, selective grape sorting directly in the vineyard, traditional fermentation in built concrete vats, and extended aging in oak foudres and demi-muids.
