Covering 89 hectares of vineyards, the winery cultivates Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir across seven renowned villages in Sancerre. The vineyards reflect the region's geological complexity through three main soil types comprising flint, clay-limestone, and stony limestone. The estate relies on a parcel-by-parcel approach and minimalist cellar practices to craft diverse expressions of Sancerre, ranging from classic bottlings to single-plot selections.
