About the estate
The Domaine Giraud estate was founded in 1974 when Pierre and Mireille started cultivating four hectares of vineyards. Today, the family manages 35 hectares of vineyards within the AOC Côtes du Rhône, Châteauneuf-du-Pape DOCG, and Vaucluse IGP denominations. The vineyards are distributed across renowned sites such as the plateau de la Crau, Les Galimardes, and Pignan, featuring characteristic pebble and sandy soils. These parcels are planted with centenarian Grenache vines, Mourvèdre, Syrah, and various white grape varieties. The estate has been farmed organically since 2008.
