About the estate
The Domaine Faiveley estate cultivates vineyards in the Burgundy terroir, producing a range of wines that includes Premiers Crus and Grands Crus as well as monopoles such as Corton Clos des Cortons Faiveley. Guided by Technical Director Jérôme Flous, the winery emphasizes working closely in tune with nature and respecting the identity of each climat. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently transferred by gravity into wooden vats. During vinification, the team relies on French oak barrels and extended aging in deep cellars to craft wines with subtle and complex aromas.
