About the estate
The Domaine du Clos du Fief estate is managed by the Tête family across four generations and traces its origins back to the 1920s. The winery cultivates 17 hectares of vineyards dedicated to the Gamay grape variety. These vineyards are spread across five appellations, namely Juliénas, Saint-Amour, Beaujolais-Villages, Chénas, and Moulin-à-Vent. The estate focuses on soil management in the vineyards and applies parcel-by-parcel traditional vinification methods in the cellar. The wines are distributed to private customers as well as through export channels.
The estate sells to importers.
