Domaine des Millarges

About the estate

Founded in 1973 and affiliated with the Tours Fondettes Agrocampus since 1980, the Domaine des Millarges estate is located in the Loire Valley. The property spans 24 hectares of vineyards situated on the heights of Chinon within the AOC Chinon denomination. The estate derives its name from its terroir characterized by shell sands known locally as Millarges. The vineyards are predominantly planted with red grape varieties such as Cabernet Franc alongside Chenin Blanc for white wines. Viticulture and winemaking are carried out within the educational framework of the agricultural institution.
