About the estate

The Domaine de Montplaisir estate is located in Chalonnes sur Loire in the Loire Valley and has been run by the family since 2001. The historic 19th-century buildings are situated in a protected natural area known as the Armangé valley. The ten-hectare vineyard is cultivated without pesticides and holds organic certification. The estate philosophy is based on respect for the life of plants, animals, and vines. As wine artisans, the growers focus their efforts on preserving the original quality of their wines.
