The vineyards cover twenty hectares on clay-schist soils situated on the northern foothills of the Maures Mountains. The estate is farmed exclusively according to organic agricultural standards and is certified by Ecocert. Cultivated grape varieties include typical regional grapes such as Rolle, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan. The wines are produced under the AOC Côtes de Provence, AOC Côtes de Provence Notre Dame des Anges, and IGP Maures designations.
