About the estate

The Domaine de la Font des Peres estate is located in the Var department in Provence and traces its history back to the 16th century when observantist monks first cultivated the site. Reborn in 2010 under the leadership of Philippe and Caroline Chauvin, the winery now spans 10 hectares of vineyards farmed organically. The vines are planted on traditional dry-stone terraces within a natural amphitheater facing the Sainte-Baume massif. Situated on clay-limestone soils, the vineyards feature a regional grape variety selection with a strong focus on Mourvèdre. The estate produces elegant, fresh wines under the AOC Bandol and AOC Côtes de Provence denominations.
