About the estate

The Domaine Comte Peraldi estate cultivates vineyards in the AOC Ajaccio region on poor, acidic soils composed of granitic sand. Vinification takes place traditionally in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruit of the grapes. The grape varieties include Vermentino and Sciaccarello, yielding white, rosé, and red wines as well as an organic Blanc de Noirs. Aging is likewise carried out in stainless steel tanks, resulting in clear, mineral, and straightforward wines. The portfolio also includes certified organic wines with a modern and accessible character.
