About the estate
The Domaine Baud-Bel Sarl estate was established in 1972 by Hugues Baud and his wife Geneviève Baud-Bel. The winery cultivates 3.7 hectares of vineyards, which have been certified under the Vinatura label since 1995. The harvested grapes are brought to the cellar located in the center of Aigle, producing around twenty distinct wines. The portfolio features wines originating from Lavaux, Chablais, and Central Valais, utilizing a wide variety of traditional and international grape varieties. Winemaker Hugues Baud holds a degree in oenology and acts as a master winegrower, focusing on expressing the characteristics of the diverse terroirs.
