About the estate
The Domaine Agassis estate in Bavois in the canton of Vaud cultivates 1.3 hectares of vineyards located beneath the castle of Bavois in the Orbe plain. In 2014, the old family vines were removed and new grape varieties were replanted. Since 2018, the production has been vinified by an external service provider. The family-run estate offers a selection of white, rosé, and red wines. The Agassis family runs the winery together.
