About the estate
The Desprat Saint Verny estate is managed by the Desprat family in the fifth generation and cultivates 180 hectares of vineyards in the Auvergne region. The vines stretch along the Chaîne des Puys on volcanic soils consisting of ash, lava, and basalt deposits. Together with 62 grape-growers, the winery produces wines under the Côtes d'Auvergne appellation and the IGP Puy de Dôme. The portfolio features the Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Chardonnay grape varieties, which are crafted into the Fusion, Eruption, and Magma selections. These wines reflect their origin from one of the oldest European volcanic terroirs.
The estate sells to horeca.
