The Crama Dagon estate cultivates vineyards in the Dealu Mare DOC wine region, focusing on the reinterpretation of Romanian winemaking traditions. Operations are based on calcareous terroir using small quantities of grapes that are carefully harvested by hand. During vinification, the winery relies on wild yeasts and maturation in oak barrels. The grape variety portfolio includes Fetească Neagră, Fetească Albă, and Fetească Regală, among others.
