The grape variety distribution consists of 70 percent Merlot, 20 percent Cabernet Franc, and 10 percent Cabernet Sauvignon. The soils feature little earth on rocks with a predominantly clay-limestone subsoil on a limestone base and a strong presence of silt. Cultivation follows the methods and philosophy of the Amoreau family with biodynamic practices that accompany the natural rhythm of the plant.
