About the estate

Located in La Rioja, the Ciego del Rey estate was founded by the third generation of winemakers, Antonio Blázquez and the Castillo brothers, and is one of the modern wineries in the region. The estate farms eighty hectares of its own vineyards distributed across three distinct zones in Alfaro. The vineyard areas are planted with Tempranillo, Graciano, and Garnacha. The annual production reaches approximately one million liters, with the majority sold to large distributing wineries and a smaller portion marketed under their own labels.
