The Chatellier Louis et Fils estate is a traditional family-run winery located in Saint-Lumine-de-Clisson in the Loire Valley, with origins dating back to 1820. The roots of the winegrowing tradition go back to Pierre Richard, who initially farmed small plots and passed his knowledge on to the Chatellier family. Over the generations, the vineyard area was expanded to four hectares and investments were continuously made in production. Today, the operation is managed by direct descendants, focusing on the production of Muscadet sur Lie. Wines are marketed, among other channels, directly from the property in bottles.
