About the estate
The Château Le Noble estate is located in Saint Germain du Puch between Bordeaux and Saint Emilion on the left bank of the Dordogne. The property comprises eleven hectares of south-facing vineyards on clay-limestone soils with gravel ridges. Cultivated grape varieties include Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon for red and rosé wines, alongside Sémillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle for whites. Managed organically, the winery places a strong emphasis on soil cultivation through light ploughing and natural enrichment. Thomas Bonnefon runs the estate together with his family and a permanent team.
