About the estate

The historic Château Jean Faure finds its origins in the 16th century and looks back on a rare continuity with only six owning families over the centuries. The 18-hectare vineyard is located in Saint-Émilion on a terroir characterized by deep clay soils. The planting is composed of 65 percent Cabernet Franc, 30 percent Merlot, and 5 percent Malbec. The estate farms organically and biodynamically, producing wines under the AOC Saint Emilion Grand Cru appellation. Winemaking focuses on freshness, elegance, and a silky tannin structure.

The eno directory lists one wine.
