The Chateau Farambert estate was acquired in 2008 by Louis Perret and his family, who completely restructured the existing property. The winery produces certified organic wines in rosé, red, and white styles within the AOC Côtes de Provence denomination. Production combines traditional methods, such as destemming and gentle pressing, with modern technological innovations for precise temperature control. These wines preserve their natural freshness while expressing the complexity of Provence. Additionally, a welcoming tasting cellar invites visitors to sample the estate's offerings.
