Château de Favières

About the estate

Owned by a family for five centuries, the Château de Favières estate manages a vineyard area of just over four hectares in Bugnaux-sur-Rolle in the Vaud region. The vineyards are situated at an altitude between 550 and 590 meters with a southern exposure on sedimentary and morainic soils. The grape varieties cultivated on the property include Chasselas, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Gamay. To promote biodiversity, the estate has established hedges, biotopes, orchards, and a forest reserve. The product range features various wines such as Chasselas Grand Cru, barrique-aged Pinot Noir, and Rosé de Gamay.
