The Château Coucy estate manages a vineyard area of 20 hectares in Montagne within the Bordeaux region. The property is situated on a privileged terroir featuring clay-limestone slopes that include rare blue and white clays. The southern exposure of the vineyards ensures intense sunlight and optimal maturity for the grapes. The grape variety selection consists of 85 percent Merlot and 15 percent Cabernet Franc. This foundation allows for the production of concentrated, profound, and long-aging wines.
