About the estate
The Chateau Beauregard estate is managed by Karine and Nicolas Mirouze in Bizanet within the Corbières region. The family-run winery cultivates 25 hectares of vineyards under the AOC Corbières denomination. Farming practices have been certified organic since 2010, followed by the adoption of biodynamic methods in 2018. To stimulate soil life, the vignerons utilize estate-made compost, cover crops, and grazing animals in the vineyards. All organic grapes are harvested by hand.
