The Champagne Vincent d'Astrée estate is located in Pierry and originates from a winegrowers cooperative founded in 1956 on the Coteaux Sud d’Epernay. The vineyards cover the Premier Cru terroir of Pierry and the Coteaux Sud d’Epernay, cultivating the three grape varieties Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Vineyard management is carried out with careful, tailored attention to each plot throughout the vegetative cycle. Cellar operations are led by Chef de Cave Sébastien Lapierre, who works in bicentenary cellars to produce structured and mineral champagnes. The portfolio features distinct product lines including Assemblage and Monocépage ranges.
