About the estate
The Champagne house Champagne Thibaut Guy was founded in 1955 by Guy and Antoinette Thibaut in Verzenay in the Montagne de Reims and is managed across multiple generations today. Covering two hectares of vineyards spread across twenty-four parcels in grand cru and neighboring locations, the estate predominantly cultivates Pinot Noir alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. The vineyards are farmed according to certified environmentally friendly standards featuring sustainable practices and the complete avoidance of herbicides. In the cellar, vinification is carried out traditionally without filtration or cold stabilization. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Champagne, AOC Champagne Grand Cru, and Coteaux Champenois denominations.
