The Champagne house Champagne Stéphane Herbert was established in 1996 by Stéphane and Virginie Herbert in Rilly-la-Montagne and is today operated in the fourth generation alongside their son Hugo. The estate manages 4.5 hectares of vineyards located between Rilly-la-Montagne and Nogent-l'Abbesse. For vinification and maturation, the winemakers utilize oak barrels to shape a distinctive style focused on finesse and elegance. Since 2023, the property has been certified organic, employing environmentally conscious methods to preserve the local terroir.
