The Champagne house Champagne Philbert in Rilly la Montagne traces its history back to the late 19th century before Victor began producing bottles of champagne in 1923. Since then, each generation has passed on and improved its know-how while respecting the exceptional terroir of the Montagne de Reims. The estate operates vineyards situated across five municipalities, all of which are classified as Premier Cru. The farming practices are HVE certified, avoiding insecticides and herbicides on worked soils and relying on manual harvesting.
