About the estate
The Champagne house Champagne Paul Déthune looks back on a winemaking lineage that began in 1610. Today, the estate is run by Pierre and Sophie Déthune, who act as generational guardians of a timeless heritage in Ambonnay. Operating as independent winegrowers, they produce a portfolio consisting entirely of ten 100% Grand Cru champagnes. The winery places a strong emphasis on sustainability and initiated the full conversion of its estate to organic farming in 2020.
